1. Eligibility for Refunds

- The item(s) were purchased directly from the Aura Beauty website or an authorized retailer.
- The item(s) are returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The item(s) are in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "sale" or "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition
3. Process for Returns and Refunds
To initiate a return and request a refund:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at byaurabeautyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. Make sure to include the RMA number.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at byaurabeautyco@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
